Terms and Conditions

Conditions of Admission

Fees are payable four weeks in advance or weekly. It is our intention to make our nursery fully accessible to children and families in our local community. No child is allowed to attend with a contagious or infectious disease or if they have had diarrhoea or sickness in the last twenty four hours. No refund is made in the event of sickness except in special circumstances. We require one weeks notice of any holidays or days off for there to be a reduction in fees. We require four weeks notice of a child leaving the nursery.

Collection of Children

We need to be informed who will be collecting your child from nursery if it is other than yourself. Prompt collection of children is expected, otherwise extra fees will be charged.

Special Needs Policy

The nursery welcomes all children, with or without disabilities. A key worker system is in operation to observe and monitor childrens individual needs. Funding will be sought if a childs need is for support of a one to one worker. We liaise with other agencies and we have regard to current legislation i.e. DFEE Code of Practise. Staff would be prepared to attend any special needs training when available.
